All the personnel was friendly. Overall it was modern and spotless, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was excellent for the pancakes, all the food was tasty.

The room was very clean and organized with a nice bathroom, making me feel comfortable, and the added bonus of having good shower facilities and a hairdryer.

Just about everything. If you are still a Best Western member you can eat from the buffet in the evening. Free of charge!!! And the registration is completely free of charge. When I am near there I will spend the night there again.

The only point is that for breakfast we always had the same thing. That's all there is to criticize.

overall rooms were new-fashioned and had a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a tv set. location: the hotel was very close to a river, the center of umeå and the centre. also, we really enjoyed that it was 25 minutes by foot from a massive mosque.

Staff at this place were super friendly and very welcoming, and there was always someone around to help out. the location is spot on - it's near the river and also close to the airport! 🌟.

The surrounding area to an oxbow lake of the Ume river is very beautiful and well maintained. The buffets in the evening (18 - 20 o'clock!!) and at breakfast time are very good. This chain visibly saves on personnel - but still creates quality.

The location here is great, next to the airport, river, and central area, and the breakfast with pancakes is fantastic.

The location next to the river was very nice, the food was lacking in choice but of a good standard and as much as you could eat.

I found the rooms similar to what I would expect in a prison. The noise from the rooms above ensured that I had little sleep. The walls were flimsy and the room had no obvious sound proofing. The facilities are basic with no option for tea or coffee.

Good hotel, good service also for the accompanying dog and bicycles free for a round with the dog.
